1. My Ecofan has slowed down, needs a nudge to start or has stopped working. What could be the cause?

Typically, a motor will function for 3-5 burning seasons and the module will function for approximately 10+ years. Factors that affect the lifespan of the module are if the unit has been dropped or overheated. If the blade requires a slight nudge to start, or if the Ecofan has become slow and it has not overheated or fallen, a new motor kit should resolve the issue.
